Chocolate Brownie Bread

Plop all of the following in a bowl:

  • 1 overripe banana

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 1 cup nut butter (make sure it's the drippy non sugar and oil kind!)

  • 1 egg+ 1 egg yolk

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients

  2. Pour batter into lined bread pan

  3. Top with 1 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top

  5. . Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes at 350F
